Finding cafe racer conversion parts in China

Hey. My roommate wants a cafe racer style 125cc bike but knows nothing at all about motorbikes which would mean I'm going to have to do the majority of the building for him. Where can you find parts like the seat, exhaust and dials in China? I'm struggling to find many parts on Taobao apart from small bits like indicators. Any help would be appreciated. It might be worth noting that it will probably be an old Chinese bike this would be basted on so its a budget build.
