DRZ 125cc head swap?

anyone know if any of the chinese motor complete heads can swap onto a DRZ125 bottom end?

My cam bearing's are pretty tore up on one side, my plan was to put a big bore on it, 61mm bore and swap on a used complete head, but if I can buy replacement parts from china I'll do that instead

The link posted by me had infos about rebuilding/ bigger bore by using Geniune Suzuki parts

I'm only going up to a 150, so a stock 125cc head will be fine
