Weekday plate restrictions on Beijing motorcycles?

In Beijing, do the Monday through Friday plate restrictions apply to motorcycles (2 or 3 wheeled)?

Technically, yes, the day-restriction rules also apply to motorcycles. Practically, I think it would be a rare event to be ticketed. At least for now. I would guess that within the next few years, cameras will be used to ticket motorcycles on the off days.
