hi my zennco super motard yb125 wont electric start, it just makes a clicking noise. and the indicators are sometimes really dim and sometimes really bright and when i put the lights on they flash aswell and alternate in brightness with the indicators. and my dashboard lights all flash aswell. any ideas would be good as i dont know where to start really.
Bad battery.
+1 to that, but that also could be a bad connection to the battery. Clean the terminals and make sure the wires are connected well, instead of loosely touching the terminals.Quote:

whats weird is that i parked my bike somewhere for half hour then went to move it and this was the problem so i got my tools and came back but it worked fine, electric started and everything. then the next day the problem was back.
Next time it fails try jumping it with a known good battery. You need to load test a battery as voltage can be right but still the battery could be bad. You could take the battery to a auto parts store like Autozone to have it tested.
ok is it possible to do that myself. i guess i could bring it to the garage i bought it off and il ask them to check it. its just its worked fine untill now. i think the battery was a slightly lower power than the original but the guy said that for some reason chinese bikes have such powerful batteries put in them and the battery i got of him he said youd normally find in a 400cc
