hi i was wondering if anybody can help me i have a ZS167FMM zongshen 250cc 4 stroke dirtbike i recently tried rebuiding the top end but i dont have a manual or anything to help me .....is there any won out there with a pdf or a manual that i can print .....i replaced rings ..put it back together ...had almost 120 compression then some how lost it and all i got is 30 psi now ....NEED HELP PLEASE

Rings ONLY often = useless. It needs the whole kit. Refer to Honda CG125 manual for "how" when necessary.

Unless you are in Ontario, California, I'm guessing that this rebuild is a winter cabin fever project to do in your (hopefully heated) garage. Turn this into a tutorial for others. Pictures of course are very welcome (and, in fact, technically your bike does not exist in MCM unless you post pix; them's the rules!).

thanks to both of you ......yes this is a winter job ...its dismantled in my basement workshop ....i think i have a bad valve (exhaust side )

VALVE LASH....do any of you know the correct settings for the valves...i have it set up for .006 thou on eaxh valve between the rocker arm and top of valve...i havent started it or even put it back in bike yet just want to make sure if i had it right .......seems to have good compression but hard to turn over with it on a work bench and not in the bike

I am using piaggio robinson byq 125-8. Can you please provide owner manual. At least provide the following information:
1 Correct tyre pressure
2. Engine oil requirement
3. Suspension adjustment
