Need compatible igniter (CDI?) for Haojin Fabio 150cc

Hi. I'm trying to help my dad. He bought a Haojin Fabio 150cc bike in Honduras. His igniter (CDI box?) has died but the distributor can't help find parts. I will ship him the correct part if I can find it. He described the part as "the igniter. it is a sealed black box. 3" x 2" x 7/8" with a four pin connector side mounted". I think he is describing a CDI box. Does anyone know what one would be compatible with his bike?

This bike has a Honda cg clone engine. I think you can search for ignition box from dongfang . But i don't know if the 250cc ignition box will be suitable for 125.

You can also search on aliexpress.com for cg clone ignition box cdifor 125cc or 150cc (or 156fmi/162fmj engines) and ship to honduras.

I had in my cg clone engine 6 pin cdi so i wonder why you dad says 4.

Thanks beniamin82. The bike has motor # HJ162FMJ130849056. So, I guess it is a 162fmj. I'm not sure why but he definitely says only 4-pin. Do you think it should be a DC DCI and not AC?

No individual mechanic in town? Developing country seems full of them at reasonable price...

It can be true.
Hajiang put the DC ignition to the new bikes. You can search also for partes under the Kiden brand. The engine should be TYAN brand.

By elctric principle to choose the right CDI is the basic survival skill for a chinese bike mechanic
For example: Some chinese Honda CG are wired w/ 4 pin+ 2
