I would not call that a sport bike because of a) lack of power b) overal design.
It looks like a street bike, just very well designed. I bet it would be comfortable to drive with a good seat and no RR driving position.
Hell, I could buy that bike anytime and tour around Europe.
That bike is clearly a positive sight.

Under $1,3000.00 USD price in China
They really improved their websites. Chinese and English versions
That was me being cheeky calling it a sport bike, if you look over their offerings its the closest thing to a sport bike.
They are affiliated with Yamaha, I am guessing that Yamaha owns shares? They are in the South China Group. South China could sell its shares to Yamaha and begin to allow some changes to occur. But they likely will not.
Yamaha offers a nice standard but it is only a 125cc

I would like a larger version of the YB125SP with the 249cc engine that is currently in the YBR250, I would not feel foolish ridding across Europe on a that if it had the same style as the YB125 but larger and with the 249cc engine.

Found the "Yamaha".

Lol they are so same.
I could tour around Europe anytime with 250cc version of this. To be honest I could do that with 125cc also and have a blast :lol8:
125cc is enough to move you and your stuff. But off course 250cc would be more preferable. You don't have to be so sorry of yourself when chicks are around if you have bigger than 125cc :lol8:

This advertisement style in China and how it develops is rather interesting. I find this advertisement quite amusing but not bad.

Edit: Got it. Advertisement is good because it is in-line with the reality. That is, they advertise a toy bike.
Re: Jianshe-Yamaha 重庆建设摩托车股份有限公司
It looks like advertisement for motherboard or graphic card. :lol8:
Re: Jianshe-Yamaha 重庆建设摩托车股份有限公司
I would love to have an SR400 but they are not available to me, I would like to see a new bike between the SP125 and SR400 if made in China it could be affordable. I would rather have the SR400 but the engine is not in production in china so that is too much to ask for. But a 249cc version with the engine already in production in China is not to much to ask for.
SR400

I do not care what other people think I know what I want and why I want it, in this instance it’s a pragmatic request.
An SR200 is possible and so is an SR250, the SR400 is still in production in Japan.
If they want to turn around the numbers at Jianshe then maybe that approach could help?
Re: Jianshe-Yamaha 重庆建设摩托车股份有限公司
That is a wise bike. And a beauty. Would be a joy to have one.
