Czech Republic...invitation to meeting

I organise a meeting in Poland, near the Czech Republic border.
The Plan is to make a one day tour to Czech Republic to buy some beer, and more...

For now, the plan framework,

Dates: 14-16 August 2015
Place: 47-364 Dobra, POland

Attraction planned, on the 15th of August, we go to a 200km trip to the Czech Republic:

- Tour of the Palace of the Teutonic Knights in Bruntal,
- The route through the beautiful mountains (not such beuty that in China but),
- Museum of old automotive enthusiasts club in the Ceska Ves.
- Purchases of Czech beer for the evening


2) Bocce competitions (from 14th till 15th)

3) Campfire and Barbecue


So the cost:

3 persons camping house 60PLN/day (about 15Euro for 3 persons).
But i must pay till end of March 2015 for this reservation.

On the other hand there will be a possibilty to pitch a tent.
It will be cheaper, and i must not make a reservation.

At the present day i have 30 persons on the list.
It will be not a huge biker meeting, just siting by campfire with beer.
No big thing.

Maybe someone from you will make the trip with us?

P.S.
I realize that the for the People from China may be dificult to come to us, but this forum read many others people from the world.
YOU MUST DO NOT HAVE A CHINESE BIKE.
