I picked up this Russian Mig helmet (TM) here in Dalian (I'm here for a wedding), and yes it's pretty flimsy, but probably the coolest helmet for a scooter or smaller bike, what do you think? It has a clear flip down visor and also the tinted one I currently have down in this pic.
Next time, ask for MiG-29 helmet, one with the Shchel' 3UM helmet mounted display - you will easily be able to acquire targets on the road. :lol8:
About helmets: this one is rather scary then cool.

I have the same one, bought it almost 6 years ago and wear it every time i ride my CJ.
The quality is amazing for a helmet that cost me 140 kuai. The interior padding is still mint and very comfortable. The paint on the outside was chipped to bits after years of knocking it around so i covered it with black vinyl adhesive and duct tape go-faster stripes.
I didn't like the visors. They look cool but actually create a lot of turbulence around the eyes above 50kph, so i removed that whole front structure and use goggles with it. With that setup i absolutely love it!
