The VORT-X has a Loncin DOHC single 300 engine.
Italika is also promoting a Vort-X650, it seems obvious that Loncin has plans to exspand its export and OEM offerings.

^uses the BMW single cylinder rotax engine and gearbox
... from the G650GS and older F650GS single...
I guess we can assume that the agreement between Loncin and BMW was limited on time or has changed, there has always been an assumption the JV production of the 650 had limited Loncin selling only within the Chinese market.
They may get some sales in Mexico at the price, all the Indian made bikes are finding their way into the markets, behind the LX650 in the image is a Bajaj, the NS200 is sells in Mexico for $2,500.00.
A distributor out of Colombia also intends on selling the CR9/LX650, interesting that in this image of their version is also a model offered by a manufacturer out of India, a TVS Apache, which is jointly developing models with BMW.
Motrac is supposedly getting its 500cc twin from Loncin?

It is always hard to figure out, here is a copy of the Honda 500cc twin, if it is Loncin behind it, we would assume that in time the engine may be seen coming out in a Loncin model? However, Loncin is or seem to be reluctant to sell under its own branding outside of China.
They have yet to offer a Loncin branded version of the 300cc single, so will we see an exspanded line of sub-branded models and that they are the actual OEM ? For sure with the Vort-X line, same may be true for the Motrac line?
The Vort-x 300 is interesting, a bit over designed, to me the red box swingarm looks cheap, it would be better to have a forged aluminum swingarm, lighter and not so cheap looking. Also the white powder coated rims are pretty garish.
