Shanghai registration will be nice, but it is optional. Or I can buy a Shanghai Registrartion and transfer it to another pony.
Interested in street, dual sport, touring and sport bikes in the order of perference. Engine wise, size is everything. The bigger the merrier.
Budget wise. I have no idea.

You're title doesn't quite say it all, as it doesn't indicate the type of bike you are interested in, or if you are willing to spend at least ¥50,000 for the coveted and expensive Shanghai registration. Give us a little more to go on, like riding style and budget, I'm sure there must be something available in Shanghai.

Hey Seanic. I'm surprised you didn't get a response. I'll jump in on your post if i may? I'm also considering a used motorbike in the Shanghai area.
My budget is 20k (preferably less), and i'm looking for a 250 street or sports bike that can be registered for legal use in Shanghai. A used YBR250 would be a dream at the right price. I don't need the coveted Hu A plate, i can get the cheaper and readily attainable C plate for use outside of the downtown area.
Any info would be much appreciated.
