Yamaha YBR250 & YS250, differences and going used price in BJ?

I'm looking for a used Yamaha YBR 250.
I read in a 2013 post that they were going to stop selling the YBR 250 and only have the YS 250. Style does not concern me but reliability & cost do. Is there a difference in substance between these two models?

Can anyone comment on the going price for used models for either in BJ plated 京B?

Are there any reputable shops that sell used?
What does it currently cost to transfer the plate?

I've tried looking on 58.com but prices seemed too high, at least according to the comments locals posted.

A used bike u only find from someone private. Even then u better have someone with good knowledge about the tech issues.
Or if u know that things urself u might check if anybody knows the seller and get some background.
Jing A plates are transferred.
For B there is no transfer or people don't care. I never figured that out
