help with a superbyke 125

hi all

i have a superbyke 125 engine with no wiring and no carb i am looking to get the best out of it
so any mods for the engine welcomed and has any one got a wiring diagrm for this bike
it has 4 valves on the single cylinder

i have a 140 carb will this be ok for power
