I cant make the exhaust stop vibrating and making a really bad noise.The muffler and the exhaust pipe are 2 pieces and in the junction theres no clamp ,screw or whatever its required in order to stop vibrating.
How can I solve this issue?

try a hose clamp at the joint. it should tighten down the vibrations, and seal it better
Are the two parts meant to come apart?. I mean the downpipe and the silencer. If so, it's strange that no clamp is fitted. A clamp won't help unless you cut a couple of slots in the silencer entry point to enable the clamp to close up a little when tightened.
Some idiot might have placed something in your exhaust pipe end? My little girl filled mine with marbles and it took me a while to realise what it was (and only then when her big brother squealed her up) i needed to buy a new one as there is no way i was going to cut that thing open...
