SINNIS APACHE 250 (QM250GY) Fuel Pump stuck open/on

Hi guys,

My Sinnis Apache 250 (QM250GY-F fuel injection model) has developed a fault - the fuel pump seems to be stuck open.

When I turn off the ignition and the engine with the ignition key and the handlebar kill switch the Fuel injection pump keeps going until I disconnect the battery.

Th bike has been standing for a few months and the petrol may have crystallized resulting in it being now stuck on. I've done over 60 miles to try to flush it through but it's still a problem.

Any HELP would be appreciated.

I guess its an electrical problem.
The fuel pump must switch of with kill switch and/or ignition turned off.
If its still running there must be short cut somewhere that supplies power to the pump.
But basically I can hardly imagine this as the ignition lock does a physical power cut off.

Have you installed additional stuff where you redirect power to it?
Is for what ever reason the ignition lock short cutted?

You need a voltmeter to find that bridge.

Could be pump relay
