1. i want to change my Tourist Visa to a Working Visa.

Welcome to the sight.
#1 If you have found a good job in China, you can apply to have your working Visa and residence permit issued.
#2 Once you have the residence permit and working Visa, you can apply for the drivers license. C1E is for car and motorcycle, C1D is for car, motorcycle and side car.
#3 After you have your job, working visa, residence permit, license and car/motorcycle, then you can try dating some of the locals :naughty:

i will work for my uncle, who owns an Aluminium Stud factory in Han Zhou.
How do I go about obtaining this working visa? And I get a Residence Permit at the neighborhood police station?
a guy in HK who says he can change my visa for $1500 HKD (2-day turn around) with a Company Letter and a Work Permit. Scam?
You will need to visit your local Police office and appropriate immigration department to apply for all the residence and working documentation. These departments are well staffed with friendly people :rolleyes1: that will help you with each of the documents you need to file. You will also need to visit the hospital and have a health check.
The HK thing sounds a bit like a scam although there are agencies there that can get things done :confused1:
