Horizon HZ150 - Need help

Just purchased this bike in Guinea, West Africa. I did some research before buying but could not ID any of the brands that are sold here, besides Honda and Yamaha. I will be living in Guinea for the next 2 years and this is my first moto purchase ever. The bike did not come with user/maintenance manuals so I was hoping someone could help me ID the engine manufacturer or if anyone had ever heard of Horizon before. It look extremely similar to the Shineray bike in this post here from mychinamoto. Thanks in advance to whatever help anyone can offer!

Post your VIN;there are some who know which manufacturer it is from the VIN
Some of the bike manufacturers do use others' engines, so post both VIN and engine manufacturer numbers.

LWP = 广东银河摩托车实业有限公司 (yinhemotor.com.cn) which also makes Galaxy
The engine is as std "CG150".
