Reasonably priced Kawasaki's in China?

I was browsing the Chinese website http://www.chmotor.cn/, when I came accross something rather strange... A whole list of reasonably priced Kawasaki motorcycles, like this one:

A 50kw Kawasaki bike for 38.000RMB with ABS??? Am I dreaming? Someone please pinch me! And there is a whole list of these:

Did Kawasaki just answer our prayers? Something tells me it's too good to be true... Does anyone know more?

Another website says the Kawasaki Z300 I mentioned just now for 38.000RMB will have 39hp. Seems 50kw is indeed too good to be true... Still with ABS though, so still competitive, if actually available...

I hear you. For me this is a dream come true but I stopped believing in Santa Claus ;)

The price in China is apparently rmb38000 (sounds about right), is this true? Did anyone see one at the dealers? If they are available I wonder if they can be legally plated.

Does anybody know kmow a phone no to a Kawasaki dealer somewhere in Zhejiang or Shanghai? I'd love to give them a call

400 9200 787 - Shanghai number.

I went to the dealership before, has some nice eye candy in there. As I remember they didn't have any 300's in there and when I enquired they said they had 250's and then it jumped up to 600 but I could be mistaken.
