Qingqi XF200-2V Starter Clutch
HI.
I am looking for a starter clutch for my Qingqi Xf200-2V, 2006 model.
This model is also known as the CG200 and was imported by BTS Motorsport in Scotland.
However, they are no longer trading and thier spares supplier are out of stock.

Re: Qingqi XF200-2V Starter Clutch
From ur old post, it seems powered by Suzuki clone "K166FML".

We need pic that shows engine details to confirm it's a Suzi , pushrod (CG) OR cam-chain (CB).

Re: Qingqi XF200-2V Starter Clutch
I am pretty certain that is not the clutch for that engine. The engine is a Suzuki type engine.
did you take it out and does it look like that?
Does it look like this? It may use the same clutch as Suzuki DR200?

The bike sold as a Superbyke RMR200, do you really need the basket or just new plates?

Re: Qingqi XF200-2V Starter Clutch
Thanks.
That's definitely the right engine.
So far, I have removed the removed the L/H cover , Allen nuts and the locking nut
Will I need the proper flywheel remover or will a standard puller remover do it?
Re: Qingqi XF200-2V Starter Clutch
the manual says it needs a special tool, but does not offer any details.
Maybe this size? 215-05 FLYWHEEL PULLER 35mm X 1.5mm R/H FEMALE THREAD
maybe 30M

Re: Qingqi XF200-2V Starter Clutch
No. The thread diameter is only 28mm. It's not an M28, as the threads are about 1 MM.
I have tried a standard thread puller but the pressure needs to be in the centre, plus I don't want to damage the magnets
Re: Qingqi XF200-2V Starter Clutch
Hi. I managed to get a flywheel puller by following your link on another thread:
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=18447080807
Although the site is in Chinese, you can find the part through this agent and the site is in English:
http://www.engtaobao.com
If you paste the original link into their search box, you can locate it and pay online.
There are 2 stages, which you have to pay for seperately. Stage 1 is when they order it, and stage 2 is where you choose the sending options.
This is definitely the same engine as the QM200GY http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/sh...starter-clutch
Many thanks for all the useful info
