have you put in a bigger Con rod ?
Hi
No I dind't. I just changed the cylinder and the piston.
It's too soon to say if the change worth it, because now I can't use the full throttle. However now I feel the bike with more power.
There is a video:

Fair play but dont push it too far like red line every gear because the bigger the piston and bore the more effort the con rod has got to do, the con rod thats in there is built to be used with a 125 kit obviously with a bigger piston it has more load to push.
be careful :P hehe
Did you need to change the jets or just adjust the mix could you let me know, thanks, also how come you can't use the full throttle? Where would you get a bigger con rod? and how hard is it to fit?
im not sure about the jets and where to find the con rod but i know they can snap under too much constant pressure :/ sorry cant be any more helpful :/
Congratulations on the modification.
I remember reading about a susuki gs 150 crankshaft with longer stroke and with the cylinder of 62mm, it is possible to get 175cc, there is also a kit for 6 speed, I'll search again and post here.
I think a good idea leave the richer mix to help with cooling.
I ask if you measured the compression cylinder.
Thanks for the pictures and for sharing with everyone.
"Fatty"'s bike still going strong after ~16K km after 150 kit (BUT that's a Suzuki:naughty:) http://motorcycle.sh.cn/viewthread.p...108220&page=17
There also another way to 150 by using Genuine Suzuki parts. Some camshaft in 150 (EN150/ GSX150/ GZ150) had different stroke that matches
175: http://www.motorfans.com.cn/bbs/t_551530.htm  The final is using 65.5 (191cc) http://www.motorfans.com.cn/bbs/view...php?tid=664083
That 6-speed is from EN125-2
Hi
Humanbeing but we can fit the 6-speed in a pulse adrenaline without a large modification on the engine?
I'm very interested in that.
Luis Carlos I didn't measure the cylinder compression, but I can feel that is higher that stock for sure.
cheers
Humanbeing Thanks, exactly what I read, the guy did an excellent report.
unfortunately I can not translate what is written in the images.
This link is a 6-speed kit:
