Have you thought to contact the Jialing factory direct? As far as I know, you can order (prepay) via the factory on the website and wait a month or so, and either fly to collect outfit or arrange delivery? Euphonius pretty much did the same, ordered, paid, flew to collect and do the first miles so first service could be done at the factory, then had bike shipped from factory to SH.
Thanks Doc I may buy a new one but I just thought there might be a good used one around
There are many used ones for sale on Taobao

Thanks Aggie I never thought to look on taobao
the cop bike is nice but I really need a machine gun mount
Be very careful with ads on Taobao, lots of fakes and bait and switch type ads, or just swindlers... taking a look at some of the JH600's ads - notice how all the photos are the same despite being advertised by different sellers?
If one takes the bait with some of the fake/swindler ads... the seller often stares the buyer towards an alternative payment service that operates via Alipay, but is not the usual Alipay escrow service.
Money paid into the alternative Alipay service goes directly from the payee account to the receivers nominated account, meaning funds cannot be reversed. This alternative Taobao linked Alipay account was set up for people to donate money after the Sichuan earthquake and other similar national tragedy's.
I have investigated some of the scam involving motorcycles on Taobao and laid complaints with both Taobao and Alipay Wang Wang. This resulted in two dealers Taobao shop fronts being frozen. But the energy and effort needed is very time consuming... just because something listed on Taobao for sale. doesn't mean it's real/exists, or even as advertised.
Buyer be[A]ware!
I saw one not long ago for sale outside a shop near 798 n Beijing.. had a Jing A tag.. but looks like that place is moving, however they have been in business since motorcycle street was located near Lido.... so I am sure he will just set up somewhere else....
@hclayjones the CJ shop on the south side of 798 is moved just around back - he's in the lane directly behind
where the old shop used to be - he has at least 3 JH600B-A's on the floor .
