loss of license and registration,, opps

hey guys,
though id pop in here and work those remaining brain cells.
last week i lost 2 things, my phone and my wallet,
both important, my wallet had cards and the better halfs id card and,,,, AND my bike registration thing and my driving license,
im sure i can replace the license no problem, a little paper work and some money and time, easy.
now the bike license,
heres where you guys come in.
when i bought the bike second hand i was told there was an out side possibility that the plates are on another bike as well,,,, hahaha yeah yeah i know :gun_bandana::scooter:

that the last time the bike was checked was 2006.

that there may well be allot of speeding tickets and other things.

that i cant insure it without legally making it mine.

well, i decided to take their advise and drive around without insurance.
so here i am. the only westerner in the city and i have a bike but now i have no documents to drive it, and i dont think i can get new documents without explaining why its not registered to me, so what to do????

cant really afford a new bike as in 32 days i get married and you all know how much that costs, also im on a teachers salary.

advise is welcomed..... no advise is needed, I am not driving at the moment due to no paperwork and the police check points right out side the school.:bs:
