Great news. I saw the Qingqi 250 motard has a similar rear end, can it also use the same rack?

I stil haven't got around to making a rack for the Knlon, don't know how many others want one, but I still do. if you are willing to find others than Qlink, I will do all the measuring up.
Those boxes Pfaelzer got made up would be great as well?
And a half-way decent lightweight, full size aluminium or stainless muffler can/38mm with adapters maybe for other sizes of pipe, for all the 200cc bikes?

Maybe. I cant read the site and haven't seen the rack. I wanted to get one made for the bike but its starting to seem impossible to get them here. I guess I will have to go with the load lord for the xt225 and mod it to fit.

You can use Google translate, it isn't difficult. And you can use taobao agents as well.

Getting my xf200 back on the road after years in mothballs. I just had a rack shipped in for a Yamaha xt250 (Rather than the xt225). Fully expected to require some modification or make new mounting brackets at least.. But the dang thing seems to be a direct bolt-on with the included brackets and hardware! Everything is just on finger tight at the moment. I know I'll need to cut into the side panel bodywork to clear the forward mounts, but I'm not anticipating much more than that.

Where did you get the luggage rack? I need one for my 2022 DF250RTG. I would like to see if it can be modified to fit my bike.
I got it on ebay for about $70 shipped from within the US (the cheaper ones gotta cross the ocean first) but can get it on amazon too. Just search for "xt250 rack" and it is one of the more prevalent ones for that bike right now.
I got a look at the DF250RTG. You probably need something with longer horizontal bars to mimic the factory grab bar and attach where it does (in place of it).

I finally got other items finished on the bike and got this buttoned up. I hard mounted a Harbor Freight 3800 box to it with some 1/4-20 elevator bolts and lock nuts. I did stack some washers behind the rack rear mounts to add extra spacer to clear the fender bodywork, but that is it besides the rest of the included rack hardware. Used a small holesaw in a few places on the side panels to open access to the rear rack mounts.
