Is the Honda RR150 (wh150-2) worth the extra 3-5k over other 150cc bikes?

The questions in the title. My last bike was a HJ150 that only costs around 8200rmb. It was a lot of fun, but the gears stuck on it a bit, and the foot pegs bent a bit easily. It ran ok, but overheated after a couple of hours at high revs and low speeds. (air cooled after all).

I'm tempted by the RR150, and like it's monoshock and rear disc break. But is it worth the extra 4-5k? If anyone has experience on both bikes, it would be really great to hear your opinions. Or even just experience of the RR150 alone... I've not been on it at all yet. Do the gears shift smoothly and consistently? Does it fall apart when it falls on it's side? (I will be tricking it...)

Also... how many gears does it have? You'd have thought this would be an easy question to get answered. And my guess is 5 gears, however I've seen posts online that say 5, AND someones post that said he was surprised to find it had 6 gears...
