New member saying hello, from Newcastle upon tyne
Hi all, My name is Andy and I have just joined the forum after buying myself a kaisar ks125.
I got the bike for peanuts, it's on a 59 plate and has 9 months mot.
It does however have a few niggles, that I will need to sort out.
If I can't find any answers, by searching I will ask for the advice of the
Educated.
I look forward to using the forum,
Andy

Yup, that's the one. It's done 2500 miles and is in good condition, apart from a couple of engine issues and dodgy
Paint work.
I'm busy sorting out the paint now but will need help/advice with the other problems.
This is my first outing into bikes, having been a car nut all my life, so it's all new to me.
Thanks for the reply
Andy

The gear selection is very imprecise,
It skips between gears with no effort at all.
Neutral is hard to find.
Also it sounds as though the clutch basket is
Loose, there is a thumping noise inside the casing.
I am aware of the most people's views on Chinese bikes
And the stigma attached but it was cheap and is in fairly good
Order, other than the above.

You’re not going to get that kind of advice on this site. I wonder if the Lexmoto has the same engine as your Kaiser, maybe maybe not?

Your not likely to find a shop manual for either. But there are some not specific that may help.

Sounds like the engine is fine to me for a Chinese made bike lol
