Hey Guys!
Was a pretty trippy experience and the whole day has had slight tremors every few hours. Most people are sleeping outside tonight and we've pitched tent in our front patio. At least we live on the first floor so it's easy for us to get out.
Huge cracks in the walls. Building is pretty new so that's a bonus but don't want to get caught sleeping inside if it comes back. Power, water and gas have not stopped. Damage in the city is minimal but outskirts have been hit pretty hard.
Wife just got back home with our supply of beer and water! She said people are putting tents on the street! It's like a 10 million person disaster slumber party! WHEEEE!!!
Epicenter was at a place I've ridden by at least a dozen times and will no doubt have a lasting effect on the roads in mountainous areas in the entire country. Careful about washed out roads and, more likely, increased rock and debris fall esp. after rain. Will keep you guys posted.
Ride safe everyone...and come home in one piece!
