Second Hand bike year 06

Now, i am in a quandry , i want to buy a CFMOTO 650TR, but i have been lured away with a bike from the past and was wondering how to plate it, i have seen 400cc hondas running about here in Guilin and even a Harley Fat boy, so prey tell me how do i get a plate for an 800cc honda i seen in Shanghai, fell in love with it right away and some of the cfmoto 650TR attributes makes it a near copy of what i want, i just want to plate it (buy it first lol) because its an import and its an 06 model , what next ? :clap:


I know there may be duplicate questions in the forum, but most are for Beijing ,Shanghai area, i need to find out how to do here in Guilin Guanxi area..............cheers
