Re: Videos to get you thru the day.....
Huh, found out that Suzuki is making their old classic TS185ER again. But I can't find in which countries it is available nor the price :eek2: Curb mass 102 kg :eekers: A body builder could carry it over on river crossings :lol8:
I want to know where I can buy one, so that I can move there to work and get one :deal: The only bad thing is the drum front brake, but I could live with it.

They are sold in Eithiopia, through an affiliate called ELCO. I do not believe they ever went out of production.
ELCO provides Ethiopia with the most commonly sold model of motorcycle on the continent as well as in Ethiopia, the Suzuki TS185ER. This motorcycle has stood the test of time and has an exceptional track-record for its durability and serviceability.ELCO has stood behind this product for many years and will continue to do so with well seasoned mechanics to service it, as well as an inexhaustible supply of spare parts.Let ELCO deliver Africa’s most tested and successful motorcycle to your work-site anywhere in Ethiopia.

Thanks of the information, very interesting, if they can sell 125 cm³ two strokes in Europe, then I do wonder how far of that TS185ER would be to meet the emission regulations.
Such a pita them manufacturers and markets killed two strokes!!! Oil pump two strokes rock!

You can still find Chinese "Suzie" AX 100 clones.

Nice, but there is just one thing, 125 cm³ and smaller bikes has not been considered as motorbikes in Finland, to which my mind has rooted deeply. 125 cm³ motorbikes are called "piikki" in Finland and greatly frowned :)
Re: Videos to get you thru the day.....
Suzuki still make the AX100 as well, they sell them in Africa, likely why the Chinese copied them, because they are popular. Suzuki sells them for example in Djibouti, where they are imported by a company called SVAMC, which also sells the TS185.
Suzuki also sells the TS125 in Ghana

Something unusual (at least for me) from madame Protopsalti, one old summer video that crossed my mind on this drought that kills my part of the world.
