Looking for new guides/insiders to lead tours in Shanghai

Shanghai Sideways is a sidecar motorbike company organizing city tours since 2009 in Shanghai, we are now in four Chinese cities and growing steady.
We are looking for new guides/insiders to lead tours in Shanghai.

This can be a once in a lifetime experience for you! You’ll get to see and know Shanghai, both the touristic parts and the hidden ones, as we train you to lead tours. You’ll mingle with Chinese and foreign riders, all driven by the same passion for bikes and Shanghai. You’ll meet a lot of interesting people from all over the world, but most of all, you'll get to show to others the Shanghai that you love!

This is a seasonal job with flexible working hours (week days and/or weekends). Depending on your driving license, we can either train you to ride one of our sidecar motorbikes or you can be a guide-passenger on tours.

Some qualities are required for the job:
-You've lived in Shanghai for at least three years
-You have strong communication skills
-You like to take extra good care of people
-You have a perfect command of English and one more language if possible (some knowledge of Chinese is also appreciated)
-You have a strong interest for China and especially for Shanghai’s history, both ancient and modern.
