For starters, remove right crankcase cover and the rest will follow by itself. You'll know what to do without any advice.

Is just this centrifugal clutch issue for you or rest of the engine too? I ask you this because I can give you few suggestions (video clips, some reading material and stuff) and on how to disassemble/assemble this engine (which is, as you probably know, clone of a "Honda" engine), but this centrifugal clutch is something that I didn't saw in flesh, like all other versions than those with manual clutch and 4 speeds.
