Can someone ID this engine for me ?

Picked it up today, has sand in exhaust so i want to take it apart but i would like a manual and know where to get parts.

It has a 172FMM on it and under that is a (star) 06035668 (star) it has the word dominator on it and here are some pictures

That engine is typically a 167FMM and it could be a 172 but those are typically water cooled?

There are 172FMM engines they are not that engine though, searching on that code will bring up other totally unrelated engines.
