I'm in Beijing and have the right driving licence.
Can anyone help putting me in touch with someone willing to let me have a test drive? I'm considering buying but as you know the shops don't let you test drive this usually.

Yes you're right but I'd ather try to find someone with one before spending 50K.
Just 10 minutes would be enough to at least have an idea of how it handles. I have read reviews on it but driving is a different experience - always. I've bought blind before for cheaper bikes and my satisfaction has been so so.

at 5th ring north, crossing G7 is nearly under the bridge at east of G7 a bike shop selling quite a number of various bikes. The owner is quite relaxed and in the riding season start from there a lot of JH600 sidecar groups. Ask at that place.
