What's the specific problem in ur case?
Familiar w/ Honda color coding? Most Honda clone's color are similar to the REAL thingy.
The kill switch and start button do not work.
Key on, trans in N, kill switch in run, push start button and nothing happens.
If I unplug the kill switch/start botton (all in one connector) and short out the solenoid (at the big posts) it will start and run.
I put power and ground to the small wires on the solenoid and it clicks but will not crank the engine, so I plan to replace the solenoid. I still need to figure out why I have no power from the start button.
I'm pretty good with wiring with or without a manual but if I have a schematic it would make my life easier. That way I could trace the pathof power and ground without having to take the harness apart.
Thanks
On a differant subject do you know if you can put a honda semi auto clutch in the CG250 engine? It has a manual clutch that I have no issue using but I'm old and lazy and would kinda like a semi auto.
thanks again
At risk of stating something pretty obvious, any chance the sidestand is wired into the ignition circuit as on many other bikes? Sidestand switches often get messed up from abuse and grime.
cheers!

OK nobody had a wiring diagram for my 2004 Loncin 250 I did find a Honda one that was close. So with my trusty DVOM I started poking around testing voltage and ohm and maked up the holda schematic. I will attach it below.
I found a few facts
1. The Start switch provides the ground for the start solenoid.
2. The power for the start solenoid is provided by the brake power circuit, so you must have a brake applied to start engine. Engine neutral switch doesn't effect start solenoid.
Hope this helps people out.
Hope this is bigger
