Engine parts should be the same as a LIFAN 200cc engine except for some transmission details. Chasis and plastics are specific for the model, but being a recent one, have you tried the original supplier?, or Googling using the correct model number like XY200ST-IIE or whatever your model is called. This should give you alternative sellers.
It might help to get answers from other members if you tell us where you are, country, State, etc.
