150CC BORE KIT, SINNIS APACHE 125CC, NEED HELP ?!?!
Hello everyone,
This is my first thread here so bear with me on this.
I have purchased the gn150cc bore kit for my beloved sinnis apache 125cc. However I can see myself running into a few problems so I would like someone to answer these questions. I will be very grateful for your answers!
1.) I have 5 piston rings, I know the two thinner ones go on the bottom ring together with the z-shapped ring, and the 2 other thick rings go on top, but which way up do these rings go and what order on the piston do they go on (one of the thick piston rings has a silever egde and the other one is totally black) ? I have read that rings are suppose to have numbers on them to show you which side faces up but there isnt any markings on the rings :(
2.) The gaskets for the cyclinder seem to be twice as thick as the 125cc gaskets, will this cause me to loose compression or will they help by avoiding the valve from hitting the piston?
3.) Do I need to use gasket sealant on the gaskets? I would like to use it so I know its airtight in there but will this make the gaskets too thick and cause compression loss?
4.) What are the recomended piston ring gaps? I have measured 0.018 for the thick rings and 0.02 for the thin rings.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, pictures of everything are below. I will be doing the usual
Also, if you want to watch my video of me un-packing this than the link is below, il be making more videos of me isntalling this step by step, dont forget to subscribe ;D

There should be a beveled edge on the piston rings, this faces up.
The loss of compression should be negligible. You could use a bit more torque on the cylinder head nuts to compensate a bit, the touque should be 20nm so use 25.
Use sealant on the base gasket to prevent leaks, leave the head gasket alone.
Look for a piston ring gap guide with a chart.

All the rings are rectangular and have no markings, should I still use them?
