Need help: Stuttering/ Hesitating in low rev Benelli GS600BJ 2013

Hello guys, couldn’t find anything useful so had to open a new thread.

My bike is stuttering in the range of idle and approx 4000 rpm. The worst is at 3000rpm and it seems like it has lack of power in higher revs but no stuttering. The idle is stable at 1400-1500. Sometimes it has rough starting. I have changed the sparks, checked the coils with a multimeter. Battery seems ok, 12.8V. I have cleaned up the throttle body with a cleaner. Changed the air intake temperature sensor as well. Checked the hoses for the fuel. All ok. I have ordered a new TPS , but don’t know if it’s the problem. Somebody had similar issues? Need advice.
