Ok...forget about the grade of oil then,
the rest is to the point, there is the type of bike i have, a spec sheet, a pic of the forks etc....does anyone have any info?

Yeah mate go for it...it aint no XR250 engine, but hey it dont cost as much neither.

Yep, its the 167FMM engine and correct, its not actually 250cc according to the numbers, also my spec sheet lists 11.5kw @ 6500 rpm.

The pic is of the same bike although a year newer than mine ,but of the same specs.
