Now that my bike is broken in, it is gaining power. I wanna get an oil cooler put in but I have to do some research as to the complications and the places to put said oil cooler.

Yeah I've done it in the past, I found it easier to carefully cut the binding off and scan the sheets front and back in a copier (individual pages) and you're good to go. That's all dependant on if...

I havent a clue. Dare I say, the dr200 is a little ugly in comparison. Upon looking at the dr200's engine, there doesnt seem to be a reason that an engine rebuild (piston & up) would not be exact...

My XF200 has got the following and is pretty darn snappy and enjoyable.
- viper race muffler. (people are right, a new muffler makes a lot of difference.)

Ok I'd hate to resurrect a old thread but the 1981 suzuki TS125 has the exact right fitment to front and rear as long as you get the front sprocket without the lip or washer.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I found out that the little box that we were calling an EGR is only an air injection system. All it does is inject extra air into the exhaust to create the appearance...

I just installed a larger main jet of 127.5 and wowsers. This bike is the bees-knees after that....
