    Thanks culcune. I added the license plate frame with integrated lights and rubber isolators. I think my tail light problems are gone now.

    It's good to be informed. Would've been nice to open my grade and just ride the bike. This weekend I will confirm if the vibration on my bike is causing my tail/brake light to fail.
