Is your bike still a carburetor version? Or have they changed finally to EFI?

Does the LX450 has a radiator fan now? I remember in the past it was overheating in summer in condition like city stop and go.

As long as you are on top if maintenance and replace cheap crap parts with proper alternatives it will do it.
My special advise is change chain and wheel bearings to real good ones (D.I.D., NSK,...
