IMHO, chips are produced only during parts machining but on running in engine there must be something eating the parts or not fitted properly well.
May be I missed something news in recent... -

the big question ,dont they must clean and flush each parts prior to assembly into an engine, it is acceptable if the particles size in micron range as the result of new gears self... -

Change the engine oil as soon as the bike arrived because I dont really know the oil quality from the factory.
The oil is very dirty and lost of metal grains sticked to the oil screw magnet.

just bought the Bike last month for USD 14.5k .
Here they sell under Benelli BN600 a.k.a Huricane .
Hope can share info with the bike owners here.
