touch of heat mallet and long larged faced screw driver will do the trick to get bearings out ONLY if you want to replace them, if your thinking of using them again for any reason your better off...

i admit that the drum looks old messy and useless but get some race ebc drum shoes on it from a dr200 or something and itll be very capable, atm im doing a full supermoto conversion but im keeping...

its not quite as simply but only took me 10mins , i cut the spring brackets off with a grinder and used a thin cutting disk to cut 6-8 slits down where the springs were to allow the metal to open us...

yes pal the molkt will bolt stright on but itll be hard to get it jetted correctly, the standard carbs are only £15-£20 so cheap to pick up if the molkt doesnt work out

well, you can go for the molkt 26mm compared to the original mikuni pz26 which is actually a 22mm carb, the molkt with give you better top end due to the bigger size but you will lose some bottom...

its not a problem, lots of 4/ bikes have this "annoyance" simply allow the bike to warm up first as you should with any bike, let it start and dont rev it atall until the idle speed picks up a...

parts are cheap enought, compare them to a drz400 aprilia sxv or any other supermoto, you can spend £400+ on a slipper clutch or £500 on a exhaust system, it seems dear because its a budget bike but...

from what i remember pal, when the electrode or any part of the plug is black its casued by a too rich of a mixture and when its white its lean, heres a chart i always refer too when checking my plug...

jtsprockets have had an update and allow you to search for your exact bike just rebranded, on the site they call the bike kreidler aka pulse etc etc

theres a chance you could be running extremely lean which is causing your engine to overheat and the higher the rev the hotter it gets which could be burning the plug out, what colour is the spark...

when you stick that cdi on theres a chance you wont feel any gain, ive got dep pipe 16t front sprocket and know how the engine feels and opperates at all time, when i stuck the cdi on i got...

keep the box on, going to a cone airfilter or k&n typre is essentialy downgrading, the box stops crap/rain getting thorugh and into yur carb and messing the fuel system up, if you stick a "sport air...
