IMHO & FWIW Save your money. I rode the 2015 model X5 at the CIMA show (See my post #309 above). Here's my 0.10c worth of advice.

EFI generally does not need any tinkering with (remapping) in relation to most elevation changes. Extreme changes might mean that one might need to have the ECU/ECM maps altered where possible...

Surely there must be a O-ring or similar already fitted to the X5. If not then it's a serious oversight, and if there is, then something needs to be done by the manufacturer. I'd be getting the bike...

I can see both sides or points of view... but, one of the PITA is that most local manufacturers don't seemingly give a rats arse. But local consumers understand and therefore might respond too......

Woa, that is a serious safety issue... I'd be swaping the whole wheel to a mag wheel to be done with it. The other option would to be swapping all the OEM spokes to something aftermarket and imported...
