Balancing by hand is not that difficult if you consider at least follwing rules:
a) weight the rim lock alone and prepare related spoke weights in same weight amount.
b) when installing the tire...

For sprocket setup you could try 14 or 15 in front and 47 in the rear.
But watch out and check diameters in front because 15 especially might have problem to fit because of engine housing space...

Alternatively you can also counter balance the rim locks
