I don't get any feeling of instability up to about 140. After that it can start to get a little scary. It does beg for a sixth gear which I'm always searching for, but.... I don't want to be driving...

I got mine up to 160km/hr by the speedo and it still had some juice in it, although I didn't confirm by GPS.
