SMC does have the 09 Models available. Plus you are going to have dealer support if you buy from SMC rather factory direct.

It is the same basic bike, but the Puzzey/ Pitster is made at a different factory.

Remove the plug, spray a shot or two of WD40 in to the cylinder. Replace plug and try starting.
