I think the electric turbo is for a Honda car

with the valves at 6 & 4 do you have alot of rattle when engine warms up. reason I ask is that at that cold mine sounds good, but at running temp it sounds like it has way to much rattle.

as long as we are talking valves, did anyone else have the problem after adjusting valves to specs. they sounded good until warmed up then they rattled like crazy. i would think they would quiet up...

my valves were tight as hell when it arrived.

my bet is the tank is leaking by the bolts that are tack welded to the bottom. thats where my 4 leaks were. you should be able to make just about any tank fit it. good luck, as far as getting a tank...

33 tooth sprock might be a bit high. I have the 35 & it takes a bit to get it rollin.

I am looking into get the seat covered with leather. that might help with the looks.

no problems with finding neutral, are you using motorcycle oil?

top speed at close to 70. secondary air injection is for emissions. i have read here that eliminating it gains around 1 hp & makes the motor run slightly cooler.

it is the secondary air injection, make a plate with a gasket and block it off.

when I changed out my sprocket there was only one large washer & one large c-clip

yes, when I bring up the rpm's the headlight still dims. I have not noticed if the taillight dims. I will check that. I did notice that when I apply the brake the headlight brightens up a bit.

I took it right at the bulb. did not check the diff. from the hi to low beam. I could try a diff. bulb. I wonder if I could pull power directly from the battery (with an inline fuse) just to check...

Barnone, I thought possibly a bad ground. so I ran a jumper to a good ground and found no difference. I have been looking at the wiring diagram. I am stumped.

anyone run the df at night? my headlight is real dim. when I apply the brake it brightens up a little bit. at idle it seems ok but when I rev it up some it starts to dim.thanks
