    So i have double checked all the Throttle Cable Linkage. After some more research I think it might be a vaccum leak.

    Are there any tips or tricks to fix this issue?

    If its not a vaccum leak...

    For some reason My DF-RTC250 Is Running at 6000RPM even when the throttle is down. How do i adjust it to go back to normal idle? Are there more then one screw on the Carberator that i need to adjust...
