And now the latest, broke down on the way to work. Bike would not run without choke even when warm through. Just managed to scrape home. Turns out the petrol cap washer is torn and seems perished....

Tungsten drill bits sorted those pesky rivets. Got the can open and rebuilt nice and tight now. No more bad vibes.
Still trying to match up a sprocket but got to get one now as bike running ok now... -

Thanks for the help. I got a washer in place and mount is now much tighter. Real hassle getting the rivets out of the exhaust can tho. They are steel and loose so tend to spin when drilling out. I...

Thanks for the reply, I'll get some pics this weekend and post them here. The actual lugs are cracked on one side and the welding on the other has cracked.

I fsee that the two lugs on the rear engine mounts are cracked and broken so will need to get the frame welded. Never been off-road or jumped speed humps or any other reason for this kind of damage...

I checked its factory setting at 2.5 turns when I got my bike, but cannot guarantee that this is the best setting. Seems OK and bike is pulling alright.

Bought this bike in a crate, no warranty and cheap. Assembled and on the raod but in the 2 weeks on the road:
