Wait! Scoot hits 60 mph in any setup and that's it. Is there some sort of limiter that you don't know about?

IMO, 60 is more than decent top speed for scoot fitted with 157QMJ engine.

Have you considered to do some kind of current variator tweaking in a way, to do some discrete grinding here and there? Although scooters (and English language, for that matter) are not my cup of...
